Born in Cape Town in 1990, I am a South African documentarian, artist and photographer  in pursuit of making work that embodies a strong sense of optimism.

I am an enthusiast of traditional photographic processes.  I work slowly and with an element of methodical consideration, and my images are made in the context of relationships and interactions that I have with my subjects.

I have a particular interest in youth culture and with current and historical spatial socioeconomic issues centred around land and globalisation within the context of South Africa.
